Seven plain reasons. Each one is a fact you can check on this site or on the box.
1. No battery, no app, nothing to charge
A sealed silicone disc, Ø 53 × 23 mm, that warms to your skin. Place it and rest for 50–60 minutes, once a day or every other day. At night the silicone gives off a gentle green glow, so it is easy to find on the bedside table.
2. Thirteen named materials
Six metals (gold, silver, platinum, neodymium, nickel, copper), six minerals (rock crystal, quartz, shungite, tourmaline, kaolin, bentonite) and germanium, bound with organic resins and protein components. Every one is listed on the home page.
3. Fully sealed
The metals, including nickel and neodymium, sit inside the platinum-cured silicone cover and do not touch your skin. Clean it with warm soapy water or a disinfectant wipe. Do not use it in water.
4. A real maker, in Tbilisi
LLC “Dr. Minodary”, ID 205179117, 12 Didi Jikhaisi St., Tbilisi 0180, Georgia. Developed by Dr. Nodar Mindiashvili, Doctor of Biological Sciences. Each box carries a printed lot number, so a disc can be traced to its batch.
5. 5-year warranty on the inner core
Against defects in materials and manufacturing, for the original buyer. Physical damage such as cuts, punctures or burns is not covered.
6. 60-day returns
You can return the disc within 60 days of delivery, in original condition and box. Return shipping is paid by you.
7. Delivery, duties and taxes included
Worldwide. You pay nothing on delivery; the delivery time is confirmed in chat. You pay by Visa or Mastercard through a secure link, and a person answers you on WhatsApp.
What we do not claim
We don’t promise how you will feel. VitalRay Matrix is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease and does not replace medical care. Do not use it if you have a pacemaker or any other implanted medical device: the core contains a neodymium magnet. Before your first session, read Guide and safety.
